We offer refunds based on the cancellation policies outlined below for specific services. Please review the refund conditions carefully.
Hosting:
- Hosting services include all shared hosting services, static hosting, dynamic hosting, Linux hosting, Windows hosting, WordPress hosting, Linux reseller hosting, Windows reseller hosting, MSSQL & MySQL Cloud database hosting, Smartermail Email Hosting and Node.js hosting.
- We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting within the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
- If you purchased hosting with a free domain registration and cancel within 30 days, the refund will be initiated after deducting the regular domain registration charges.
- After the initial 30 days, we do not provide refunds for any hosting services.
Domain:
- We offer a 1-day money-back guarantee for domain purchases. If you cancel your domain registration within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a refund, subject to a nominal cancellation fee of $1.
- This policy applies only to select domains eligible for refunds.
- After 24 hours, domain registration fees are non-refundable.
SSL Certificates:
- SSL certificates can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, SSL certificate fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Refunds will not be provided for any cloud servers, VPS servers, dedicated servers (both managed and unmanaged), or any other services apart from those explicitly mentioned above.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued as per the cancellation policy or for any additional payment made beyond the required charges.
- The refund will be credited to the same account used for the original transaction.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, as per the payment gateway’s procedures.
Cancellation Request Policy:
- Cancellation requests are accepted only via the registered email associated with the Motherhost account used to purchase the service.
- Customers must send an email for any cancellation within the days mentioned above.
- Cancellation requests from unregistered emails will not be accepted.
